When you’re worn down by code-switching, masking, and trying to survive the non-stop overwhelm, the last thing you need is “help” that leaves you feeling unheard, shamed, and more alone.
And yet so many LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent BIPOC – myself included – have had harmful experiences in the mental healthcare industrial complex. Because multiply marginalized folks are more likely to have had traumatic or just lackluster past experiences in therapy, I prioritize an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, and collaborative approach to working with clients.
I specialize in supporting queer, trans, neurodivergent, and mixed race BIPOC who are navigating religious trauma, Autism and ADHD, burnout, depression and anxiety. My passion for equipping and empowering folks who don’t fit in or feel “behind” on their journey of deconstruction and self-discovery isn’t from a place of paternalizing or pathologizing, but comes from my hope for our collective liberation.
As a queer, mixed-race, late-diagnosed Autistic, I know what it’s like trying to contort yourself into spaces, relationships, and boxes that don’t fit. No one can survive that isolation, weariness, and shame forever – and you don’t need to keep trying. Together, we can figure out a freer way forward; to get started, schedule a free consultation call on my website.
