Deeply Seen Counseling

What if you didn’t make yourself small? If imposter syndrome, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and internalized narratives rooted in trauma were cleared, what would be on the other side for you? What if you could be free from the shackles of depression, anxiety, resentment, people-pleasing, living in survival mode and settling for less? How would you show up in the world if you took up space without shape-shifting, questioning, or minimizing yourself? Can you envision yourself liberated, moving freely towards peace, balance, authenticity, self-compassion, joy? I can.
Using an intuitive, relational, intersectionally feminist, and culturally inclusive approach, my practice is focused on tending to the healing of BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folx, first and second generation immigrants, college students, young parents, and any human who has experienced the stigmatization of their personhood or lived experience.
Together, we will explore the beliefs and patterns that get in your way, heal old wounds and clear limiting narratives, and find strategies that work for you to help you show up fully and claim the life you so truly deserve. It would be an honor to join you on this part of your journey, and I cannot wait to share time with you.
