I’m Caitlin Blair (she/her), a mixed-race Chinese and White therapist offering holistic, somatic, and culturally attuned therapy throughout California and Washington. As the daughter of a Chinese immigrant, I bring lived experience navigating the complexities of cultural identity, family expectations, intergenerational trauma, and what it means to exist between worlds. My practice centers AAPI individuals, multiracial and multicultural folks, third culture kids, transracial and transnational adoptees, and anyone working through the impacts of systemic oppression, racial trauma, and life in a society that wasn’t built for our wholeness. I use IFS-informed therapy, trauma-conscious yoga methods, EMDR, and brainspotting to support clients in healing from intergenerational and racial trauma, integrating all parts of themselves, and building lives rooted in authenticity rather than survival. I believe healing is our birthright, and my work is grounded in the understanding that true wellness requires addressing not just individual pain, but the systemic inequities that create that pain in the first place. You deserve space where you don’t have to explain yourself, translate your existence, or prove your experiences are real—and that’s exactly what I offer.
