Tracy Stewart - Community Wellness Educator

Recognizing the importance of intersectionality in our lives, I provide safer space for people of color (POC) and LGBTQIA folks to explore lives grounded in authenticity, liberation, and joy. I appreciate the opportunity to work with you to process racial stressors, decolonize from limiting thoughts, and care for your self so you can walk your best path. Sine 1996 I have supported folks (children and adults) who have experienced the suffering of intergenerational trauma manifest through ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, breaks in relationships, and emotional shifts. My approach to helping you set goals and find your path is holistic to help you utilize your strengths and build new skills for coping and building. Some training that supports my work includes ancestral recognition, mutual aid community support, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT), ACT, EMDR, DBT, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My lens is grounded in the interconnections of healing, disability, environmental, and reproductive justice. All bodies and all minds are welcome.
