Tasia Aina is a licensed professional counselor associate, supervised by Bri Liu, LPC-S, in Austin, Texas. She works with BIPOC adult women struggling with anxiety, complex trauma, relational and attachment issues, life transitions, burnout, and women-related challenges. Tasia is particularly passionate about helping healers and wellness practitioners, women in high-stress/risk work environments, creatives, and highly sensitive intuitives and empaths. With a background in mindfulness, trauma-conscious yoga, and CBT, Tasia uses curiosity, compassion, and intuition to curate an integrative and holistic healing experience that aims to create a mind-body-spirit connection. Tasia is committed to maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice, which serves as a safe harbor for people who identify as intersections of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse. Tasia offers the flexibility of remote therapy sessions, and welcomes new clients to her online practice. Outside of therapy, Tasia enjoys yoga and meditation, reading fantasy fiction, traveling, and bonding with her husband and rescue pitbull.
