Welcome to the first step of your therapeutic journey! It is a scary process to search for a therapist, and I want to thank you for taking the time to see if we might be a good fit. Therapy is a chance for us to explore the inner workings of our minds, beliefs, and practices in order to live more holistic, fulfilling lives. I prioritize working with Black/Indigenous/People of Color who are a part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community; however, I also have experience working with individuals and couples from all walks of life, and welcome you to reach out if my approach sounds like a good fit!

I utilize a trauma-informed, solution-focused, client-centered approach – meaning that my role is to help you create solutions for your concerns in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are coming as an individual or as a couple, you are the expert of your own experience, and we will discover where your truths lie within you, together.

Many of us have never been able to explore or process difficult emotions, or approach relationships (either with ourselves or with others) with authenticity, vulnerability, and compassion. Therefore, my goal is to provide an empowering space for you to genuinely and critically examine yourself and your relationships, to grow and achieve your goals.
