Tabitha Martin, MSC, LAC
As a counselor, and a client myself, I understand fully the importance of feeling safe, heard, understood, validated, and challenged in a therapeutic partnership. Together we can work toward healing and growth. I am passionate about working with parents, families, adolescents, and children in areas including trauma processing, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I am LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming. I understand that navigating through life stages can be a struggle, and I know that you do not have to go through it alone.
I utilize a trauma informed, eclectic, therapeutic style to meet clients where they are. Through evidenced based practices and interventions including attachment theory, CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, strategic & structural family therapy, and more I can help to build effective communication, healthy attachment, problem solving and emotional regulation.
I know it can be scary to reach out for help, but you have already taken the first step.
