With almost 7 years of counseling experience, I have worked with folks struggling with many issues ranging from depression and trauma to relationships and identity. My work often acknowledges systems of oppression as well as historical and intergenerational trauma, and integrates methods including use of mythology, archetypes and tarot. I believe that we can use the therapeutic space to help transform difficult aspects of ourselves including shame and trauma, and to see how we heal through relationships. In this process we learn to connect with ourselves and others more fully.
