I became a therapist because I believe that healing happens best in a safe and trusting relationship with ourselves and one another. Throughout my own life, I’ve experienced how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and supported by someone else. The moments of vulnerability I’ve shared with others have been some of the most transformative—and I consider it a deep honor to now offer that space to my clients.

What I love most about this work is the privilege of hearing people’s stories. Whether I’m meeting with individuals, couples, or families, I am always humbled by the trust clients place in me. I take that responsibility seriously, and I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person’s experience.

I’m especially passionate about helping clients navigate relational challenges and explore identity. I believe we’re meant to understand ourselves in community, and that many of our struggles stem from a sense of disconnection—either from others or from ourselves. My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel safe to explore who you are, what you value, and how you want to live more fully and authentically.

I also know that therapy can feel daunting, especially at the beginning. Sharing personal parts of your life with someone new takes courage, and I never take that for granted. I’ll always meet you where you are—whether that means diving into difficult conversations, sharing a moment of silence, laughing about something unexpected, or bonding over music or pet pictures. You don’t have to be “ready” in any specific way to begin this work. You get to choose the pace, and you get to bring your whole self into the room.

Above all, I believe you are more than just the challenges you’re facing. You’re a full, complex person, and I look forward to getting to know the many parts of who you are.
