First off, you are inherently worthy of a fulfilling life complete with joy, healthy relationships, and success in its many forms. Wanna try saying it with me?

“I am worthy of a fulfilling life complete with joy, healthy relationships, and success in its many forms.”

The first step to that life is to speak it into existence thus beginning the journey of courageous healing. Whether you’re starting that journey for the first time, continuing, or beginning again, congratulations on taking the initiative toward a better life for yourself!

I work with individuals who are experiencing difficult life transitions, grief, trauma, identity struggles, career dissatisfaction, relationship challenges, depression, and anxiety. My aim is to create a safe space for everyone, especially BIPOC and immigrant communities through a strengths-based and social justice lens. I then use that space to discover what is holding clients back from the life they want to lead and then we work together to create effective, long-lasting solutions.

My therapeutic approach is guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate ancestral practices into sessions such as somatics and mindfulness, depending on whether or not the client’s interests are aligned with those practices. This healing-focused approach aids in the process of skills development and discovering skills the clients already have.

I’m currently living abroad and as a result, my services are all virtual. I’m a firm believer in practicing what I preach and I feel most liberated and fulfilled when traveling. I’m available when you’re ready to work towards your liberated and fulfilled life.
