Ryan Hampton, Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Ready for a different kind of therapy? I’m here for it!
Accepting Aetna & Cigna. Finding a therapist who truly understands the intersection of your identity and your unique brain-wiring shouldn’t be another chore on your to-do list. I’m Ryan, and I provide a neuro-affirming, culturally grounded space where you don’t have to choose between embracing your unique identity and getting your needs met.
I have a special passion for supporting Black and multiracial folks, neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic) thinkers, couples, and young adults. Whether you’re navigating the weight of “masking” in a world not built for your brain, or you’re a couple trying to rewire your cycles of conflict, my goal is to help you unmask and live the story you want to write.
Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people facing some of life’s toughest chapters—including addiction, trauma, family conflict, and domestic violence. I don’t show up as a distant observer, but as an advocate and fellow traveler on your path to wellness. My approach is centered on collaboration, curiosity, humility, and a healthy dose of humor.
Every individual is unique, so my approach is eclectic and catered to you. I incorporate DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Family Systems to help you build practical strengths. For those seeking to heal from trauma or painful memories, I am also certified in EMDR Therapy, offering a specialized way to process what hurts so you can move toward what matters most.
You deserve a safe, accepting space to bring your whole self. If you’re ready to grow past your current limitations and heal, I’d love to connect. Call, text, or visit my website to schedule a free consultation.
