To thrive while in the struggles of life is a challenge, and I’m here to say that your circumstances do not have the final say when it comes to the way you think, feel, act, and engage in relationships.
At Radiant MFT, my role as a therapist is to encourage and support you in facing those feelings; provide helpful strategies, information, and tools where relevant; and collaborate with you in discovering new ways for you to engage with yourself internally and in your relationships. With warmth, wellness, and wholeness at the core, we’ll work together to better understand you and your history in order to shift the internal loops, relational dynamics, and maladaptive patterns that you feel stuck in.
My style of therapy draws from various modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I look forward to working with you.

The challenges that you face as you go through life do not define who you are but contribute to the uniqueness of your individual story.
My goal as a therapist is to provide clients with a warm, confidential, and safe space that supports healing and wellness as clients process their thoughts and feelings. As a clinical social worker, I explore the biological, psychological, socio-cultural, environmental, and developmental factors that influence your individual experience.
The primary focus of my work is with: Teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Families, in supporting them to address intergenerational trauma and navigating challenges impacting the family unit. And couples, uncovering and addressing challenges that are negatively impacting their relationship.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I have also completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.
