The therapeutic process is a powerful tool for growth and change. Diagnosis as “dia” and “gnosis”, is to know across. Once recognized, the obstacles we experience can be compassionately cared for through the development of awareness and skillful coping to alleviate suffering. I’m happy to support you to explore changes that achieve a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment in your life.

I practice from a multi-cultural feminist lens and acknowledge healing as relational and liberatory work. I am trained in EMDR, and in the process of certifying as a BODY TRUST® provider. My practice welcomes BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, sex positive and large bodies in it’s scope of inclusion.
I help people embody their lives as they cope with things interfere with well being ie) Oppression, depression, anxiety, life adjustments in areas of aging, spiritual/crisis, grief/bereavement due to death and/or chronic illness for individuals and caregivers; including other helping professionals who experience secondary trauma and compassion fatigue.
