My therapeutic interests center neurodivergence/disability and their intersectionality with race, gender, and other identities. They also pull from my passion for performance psychology. Please see my link above to learn more about me and my therapeutic approach.

I am COVID cautious, QTPOC, and neurodivergent practitioner. I center the values of my practice, the Depth Collective, an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, anti-ableist, culturally sensitive psychotherapy practice centering the needs of the Diaspora, LGBTQIA+ intersections (QTBIPOC), Neurodivergent and Gifted Folx, and Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) as well as other marginalized communities

As a performance consultant, I specialize in working with performers (ex: musicians, drag, burlesque, etc) and LGBT athletes to develop and strengthen mental skills relevant for consistent and enjoyable performance (ex: confidence, goal setting, focus, navigating performance anxiety, etc).
