I am a Licensed Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker (LSWAIC) in the state of Washington. I am passionate about guiding my clients to their fullest potential while providing a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate, collaborative, and empowering therapy space. I experience pure joy in helping clients increase strengths, skills, resiliency, and improve emotional awareness to cope with life’s various challenges.

I help individuals with anxiety, depression, communication, trauma/PTSD, dissociative disorders, spiritual struggles, career, life transitions and other concerns. I work with Adolescents and Teens (13-17) and Adults (18+).

I help couples navigate stress, grief, infidelity, pregnancy, communication, conflict, parenting and other relationship concerns. I’m also able to provide premarital counseling or support for mindful decoupling. I work with couples of all constellations, including couples in an inter-racial relationship, those from the LGBTQ+ community, partners in polyamorous relationships, and those experiencing grief and loss.

As a humanistic and holistic psychotherapist, I tailor my approach according to the needs of the individual. I utilize various modalities, such as Narrative, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Solution Focused, Gestalt, Gottman’s Approach, MI, NVC, CBT, DBT and more.

Being a woman of South Asian heritage, I bring diverse perspectives and experiences into my work. When I was six years old, my family immigrated to Canada from India. Later at the age of 20, I immigrated to the US. I understand the impact of social oppression and minority stress on the physical and mental health of individuals. I have a deep respect for all cultures and feel culturally competent in serving individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds.

I received my Master of Social Work at Portland State University and completed my Bachelor of General Science at University of Oregon. Additionally, I have a background in Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, exercise science, and wellness coaching. With my experience in clinical therapy, along with my wide variety of professional training, I am confident in my abilities to guide and inspire individuals and couples to better mental health and wellbeing.
