I help adolescents, young adults, and women work through trauma, anxiety, and depression, especially when those challenges are rooted in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) or difficult life transitions.

My clients come from communities where strength is expected, vulnerability is misunderstood, and faith has been an anchor. I make space for your story, culture, faith, and healing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my trauma-informed, faith-centered approach honors both resilience and restoration.
