Are you looking for tools and resources to help navigate those challenging conversations with loved ones? Are you a parent of a child, a child or an adult who identifies as LGBTQ+? Do you need help navigating any fears or concerns you might have? Are you being held captive by your anxious thoughts? Do you feel isolated or as if you have nowhere to turn? I’m here to help. My personal journey to supporting individuals in learning how to live and accept their most authentic selves started with my own lived experience. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I know exactly how it feels to experience isolation and discrimination for just simply existing. I’m passionate about issues related to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I enjoy working with children , teens, and adults who may be leery about seeking help, or have had bad experiences with therapy in their past. Others have told me they immediately feel a sense of warmth, empathy, compassion and non-judgmental character when speaking to me.

Having graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from University of Washington in 2020, I’ve gone on to earn credentials as a Professional Counselor. I have worked in various community mental health settings for more than a decade, exposing me to a multitude of therapeutic mental health diagnoses. This has provided me with opportunities for training in best-practice evidence-based treatment interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy and Solution focused Therapy.

My personal belief is that we as individuals are not meant to thrive in isolation therefore, I help clients reach their goals through a collaborative approach . This means, we will work together to set goals and identify ways to help achieve those goals. I believe you are the expert regarding your own mental health and that the resolution to every obstacle that you face is within yourself. My goal is to help you discover your full potential.
