Mikayla enjoys working with individuals who are transitioning out of relationships and find themselves outside of their former relationships, as well as identifying and engaging in self-care activities. She also enjoys working with couples seeking pre-marital therapy in efforts to build a strong relational foundation and improve communication skills. Additionally, she works with clients who are experiencing hardship in life transitions and phase of life problems.
