Michelle Bee is a licensed psychotherapist, speaker, author and poet. Over the past 16 years, she has been passionately educating and providing mental health services to children, teens, families and adults.

Her current focus is on working with women of color and the mastery of self-love, self-trust and self-care practices.
Her specialization is in the area of blending diverse healing arts, poetry therapy and holistic (mind-body-spirit) medicine.

Examples include mindfulness practices, motivational psychology, expressive art therapy, energy medicine, somatic practices, spiritual psychology, emotional release work, secure attachment building, social-emotional learning, and culture/identity exploration.

Michelle Bee was trained in traditional psychotherapy. She then used her intuition to address the missing ingredients for exploring wholeness and wellbeing. She is deeply rooted in the vibrant colors of energy medicine, spiritual practices, storytelling, journaling, yoga, poetry, dance, music and anything else she senses would speak to the soul of her clients and bring about TRUE healing.

As an ease-based alchemist, she explores the elements needed to transform the heaviness of systematic life into gold star dust. She practices this process with her own life by identifying and releasing thoughts, emotions and habits that came from societal programing to experience deeper self-love. Her goal is to embrace a liberated view of herself, her body, and her life path outside of the matrix.

She uses her love for poetry to express her transformation and turned it into a book entitled Searching for SHE. For more information you can visit http://www.MichelleBee.com
