Hello! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing BIPOC-centered therapy in Washington and California.
I am bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and provide services with a social justice and psycho-spiritual liberation consciousness that are aligned with natural cycles and growth.

I work from the perspective that the majority of what is perceived as “mental illness” is likely a natural response to living in an oppressive and colonized society, navigating the systems built on those foundations, and the effects of being raised in families with unresolved impacts by these systems. The invitation therapy offers, is to journey home, back to yourself by unpacking, processing, and making peace with yourself.
