Hi, my name is Caroline, and it’s nice to meet you! I am a Registered Psychotherapist, and I provide online psychotherapy services and a safe space to those living in Ontario, Canada.

Are you feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, anxiety, or relationship struggles? If you’re ready to heal from cultural expectations, generational trauma, or the pressure to prioritize others—especially in the Filipino or Asian Canadian community—I’m here to help. My goal is to support you in building confidence, setting healthier boundaries, and reconnecting with your authentic self. Together, we’ll create a compassionate space to explore your emotions, break painful cycles, gain clarity, and develop the tools you need to thrive—not just for yourself, but for future generations.

Growing up in Toronto as a mixed-race Filipino-Guyanese second-generation child, raised by a single mother in a working-class immigrant family, I deeply understand what it means to feel different. I know how it feels to be invalidated, misunderstood, and pressured by family and societal expectations. I have struggled with eldest daughter syndrome, generational trauma, and the constant feeling of never being “good enough.” These lived experiences shape my approach to therapy—I see you, I understand, and I’m here to help.

As a therapist, I believe in the power of culturally sensitive and integrative care and embracing the richness of multicultural identity. Your unique experiences and cultural background will always be honoured in our work together. My approach is safe, collaborative, empathic, and non-judgmental, fostering a space to heal, grow, and truly see yourself with compassion.

Wherever you are on your healing journey, you are welcome here. Together, we’ll navigate your inner world, uncover your hidden strengths, and illuminate new paths forward. And because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy, expect a few lighthearted moments along the way—after all, laughter can be its own kind of therapy!
