Hi there, welcome! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to find someone who truly understands your experiences. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, going through loss and grief, navigating stress and life transition, burnout, anxiety, healing, and finding yourself after abuse, or simply yearning to feel more grounded. I want to honor the courage it takes to begin this journey. Together, we’ll create a space that is rooted in care, dignity, and possibility.

My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, solution-focused, strength-based, and relational. That means I pay attention not just to your thoughts, but also to what your body might be holding. I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your wisdom, explore what’s feeling stuck or heavy, and begin to imagine new ways of being.

I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal on your terms. Whether this is your first time reaching out or you’ve been in therapy before, you are welcome here.
