I’m Lisa Kothari, a licensed therapist and telehealth mental health counselor practicing in New Jersey. My practice is a cozy, safe space for all, especially those looking to find healing through regular, meaningful presence & attunement with another person. As a therapist, I work within psychodynamic & psychoanalytic frameworks, assessing early patterns as well as bodily experiences in the “here & now” moment. I help individuals navigate many areas of life, including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, ADHD, and PTSD. As an individual, I am a biracial, cis-gender woman who has done much exploring — geographically, professionally, and emotionally. Give me a call if you’re interested in scheduling time; I look forward to meeting you!
