Lisa Kothari, MA, LMHC, NCC
My mental health practice in Capitol Hill is a cozy, safe space for all, though I aim to work with those seeking healing through regular, meaningful presence and attunement with another person. As a therapist, I work within psychodynamic and psychoanalytic frameworks, assessing early patterns as well as bodily experiences in the “here & now” moment. I help individuals navigate many areas of life, including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, ADHD, and PTSD. As an individual, I am a biracial, cis-gender woman who has done much exploring — geographically, professionally, and emotionally.
