Are you wanting to understand who you are and your purpose in life? Looking to reach your fullest potential? If issues like being sad, nervous and feeling bad about yourself are getting in the way of your healing, then you are in the right place! You might be looking to grow your life skills and explore new ways of interpreting the world around you and I am here to support you every step of the way. My clients get to experience a therapist who views them in their entirety – ethnicity, identity and culture, as we explore how their life experiences are impacting them today.

My focus is on your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and how we can get them in a healthy pattern. If you’re interested in some clinical language, I use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, and Existential Therapy, supported by a cultural competency orientation.

Teens, adults, couples and families get to sit in the office with me or on my screen so we can explore how to achieve the goals they bring to therapy. It would be great to build a therapeutic relationship with you!
