Malou (she/they/siya) is a Pilipinx Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Energy Worker. Their nutrition approach stems from their ongoing work to unlearn (decolonize) their Western training and focus on an intersectional, client-centered approach. Malou serves People of the Global Majority through gender expansive, weight inclusive medical nutrition therapy, nutrition and body-image counseling. Her specialties include eating behaviors (i.e. eating disorders, disordered eating) with clinical and lived experience. She uses an applied-compassion, clinical lens and sees clients in-person (CO) and online (WA, CA, UT, MD, NY, and a few other states). Malou offers Usui Reiki and Divination sessions and looks forward to hearing from new clients!
