It’s a relief to show up to therapy without explaining our identities. I offer space for BIPOC, queer and trans clients. I want to help you develop a sense of confidence and self compassion by learning to observe yourself and the world around you with honesty and clarity. I’m here to support you in your healing and growth.
I use Mindfulness Based CBT and EMDR to help manage anxiety, stress, fatigue, and trauma. I offer insight for people whose jobs or responsibilities ask for emotional labor, including caregivers, organizers, teachers, and healthcare workers. My goal is to help you effectively navigate challenges with ease.
Change is inevitable, and one of the biggest challenges we face. I love walking with people through changes, big and small, while building lasting ways to roll with what life throws us. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’ll be here with you.
