It’s a great honor and privilege, be hold the title of being a BIPOC provider. I enjoy working with high-functioning adults, including professionals, caregivers, athletes, young adults, and men. I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, burnout, self-esteem, identity exploration, and relationship challenges while exploring how culture, family dynamics, masculinity, and lived experiences shape well-being.
I have over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, which has allowed me to work alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Together, we can work toward developing healthier coping strategies, improving emotional awareness, strengthening relationships, processing difficult experiences, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
