Welcome! I am a straight, cis-gendered, neurodivergent, white-passing Latino therapist specializing in helping adults and youth navigate the complexities of uncertainty, insecurity, deep-seated pain, and questions of identity. My therapeutic approach centers on cultivating a safe and affirming space where individuals can find healing and self-discovery, leading to a more liberated and authentic life.

My practice is deeply rooted in liberation psychologies, recognizing the impact of systemic oppression and societal injustices on mental health and well-being. I honor and respect all genders, relationship orientations, ages, (dis-)abilities, experiences, and stories, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. As a white-passing, heterosexual male therapist, I am committed to dismantling internalized white supremacy and decolonizing my practice. I understand this is a lifelong journey requiring accountability and continuous effort towards an equitable and inclusive therapeutic environment.

I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the queer community, youth, and trauma survivors. I understand the unique challenges faced by these populations and prioritize establishing a strong sense of safety and trust before delving into deeper emotional processing.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered, empowering individuals to take an active role in their healing process. I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
