Jessica Andrews Weis, Psy.D.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and work with older children, adolescents, and adults who have a variety of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I specialize in tailoring evidence-based treatments to support client’s mental health and wellness. I believe in the importance of developing a positive therapeutic relationship in order to foster growth and change in my clients. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences, understand their emotions, learn coping skills, and make effective choices that are in line with their values.
I utilize a collaborative and trauma-informed approach in my work with clients. My primary treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. I also have expertise in exposure-based CBT for anxiety spectrum disorders (e.g., OCD, hoarding, generalized anxiety, phobias).
I understand that seeking out therapy can be a vulnerable experience. Therefore, I offer a brief phone call to determine if my practice is a good fit for your needs. Please reach out via email or phone, whichever is most comfortable for you. I am licensed in ID, OR, WA, and WY and can provide Telehealth services if you reside in one of these states.
