I believe that no matter where you are in life, therapy can play an important part in achieving peace and acceptance within yourself. As you grow into the person you want to be is important to have space where you can express your inner self. I can provide you with that impartial and compassionate space. My goal is to help you unlock your thoughts and feelings freely and openly without fear. I truly believe therapy is for everyone. No matter what you are looking for in therapy, there is nothing wrong with seeking help. And you came to the right place.

I have a Master’s degree in Family counseling from Antioch University in Seattle, WA. I work with children, teens, and adults providing individual, family and/or group therapy. With over 7 years of experience working in the mental health field; I approach my work using a client-centered, strengths-based model. I also know everyone is unique and will use methods and techniques that are best suited for each person and situation.

You will learn and grow; my job is to help you uncover your strengths and purpose. You will guide the direction you want to go and will be in charge every step of the way. There are endless ways within yourself that we can explore. I will support you as you become more in touch with yourself, achieve your goals and change in the direction you choose.
