Healthy Synergy LLC is a counseling practice that provides trauma-informed and affirmative care to marginalized populations, such as the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.

Practice owner and Clinical supervisor
Trained in Psychodynamic and Family Systems Theories, Dr. Murphy works with patients to better understand how their past and current relationships impact their motivation, decision-making, and self-image. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, she will work with you to change defeating beliefs, create healthy interpersonal skills, and move you towards a life of value. Whether individually or with loved ones, she will work with you to challenge patterns and create healthy change.
Accepts BCBS, Aetna, and private pay, specializes in working with individuals of color and female-identifying patients, and is a LGBTQ+, poly, and kink-allied provider.
