Tasha “Ghrey” Mbenza (they/she/he), more recently known simply as Ghrey, is an enthusiastic, creative, and playful occupational therapist who is passionate about helping people of all ages reach their highest potential by identifying and building on their strengths. Ghrey has gained valuable professional experience working in a variety of settings, including inpatient mental health settings, pediatric home health, early childhood intervention, public school systems, and outpatient pediatric therapy.

Ghrey is the founder and CEO of Play with Ghrey, PLLC, a private occupational therapy practice that prioritizes the importance of play in occupational therapy services while catering to people of all genders, ages, and cultural backgrounds. At Play with Ghrey, PLLC, we encourage individuals of all ages to explore their strengths and leverage them to cultivate skills that will help them flourish in their daily lives. We are especially passionate about working with individuals from queer, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and/or disabled communities, who may not have access to representative and high-quality healthcare/mental health services.
