I work with adults and young adults who are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, healing from intergenerational trauma, struggling with adoption issues, or exploring identity development. My clients may experience intense emotions or face challenges in building meaningful relationships. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can deepen their self-awareness, embrace personal growth, and create meaningful change.

As a Chinese adoptee raised on the East Coast and now living in the Pacific Northwest, my personal experiences shape my work and enable me to bring cultural responsiveness to my practice. I understand the complexities of navigating intersectional identities and the profound effects these experiences can have on the mind and body.

I practice from a trauma-informed, social justice perspective, integrating somatic and mindfulness approaches to support whole-body healing. Believing that therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and strengths, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) depending on each client’s needs and goals. My approach is relational, client-centered, and open-minded.

I have Bachelors in Health and Wellness Promotion from the University of North Carolina, Asheville. I have a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington. I am currently licensed as a Licensed Social Work Associate (LSWAIC) in the state of Washington.
