Navigating your feelings and thoughts may be overwhelming, awkward, scary, and unfamiliar. Finding a great and safe therapist to navigate these spaces is vital for personal growth and overall inner wellness. As a therapist I gently assist in unearthing what we hide in our personal crevices from the world and at times ourselves. It is an honor to discover these crevices to bring awareness to self that will lead to living your most authentic life.

Using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as, but not limited to: psychodynamic, person-centered, solution-focused, expressive therapy, etc. Elevate Healing, LLC believes incorporating a holistic approach (psychological, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects) will help foster and promote personal growth, healing, and development.
