We are an emerging collective of practitioners striving to serve our communities’ mental health and wellbeing through integrative approaches. Most of us are trans, nonbinary and/or queer. Some of our providers are QTBIPOC, and some are disabled. We work from a trauma informed perspective with a focus on somatic and holistic approaches, including EMDR, Somatic ExperiencingⓇ and Dance and Movement Therapy. We provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy across the lifespan to co-create mental, emotional and relational wellbeing within our communities. The communities we live in and serve include people who are alienated and excluded by our current medical systems and practitioners. We are committed to accessibility and to educating the wider community through training and consultancy, as well as through supervision and mentoring. We are based in Dakota and Anishinaabe territories, currently known as Minneapolis, MN (USA).
