Specializing in helping clients with anxiety, particularly those who identify within the intersection of BIPOC and gender, sexual, relational diversity (GSRD) communities. I believe in feminist psychology’s goal of empowering the client first and foremost. We utilize an integrative approach with both mindful cognitive therapy and experiential explorations based on somatic and unconscious processes. Typical clients issues include processing trauma, clarifying life goals, getting creatively unstuck, learning new coping skills for relationships and work, identifying emotions, increasing self-acceptance, grounding and boundaries. I work using empirically-supported techniques as well as energetically, drawing upon non-western and women-centric wisdom traditions.

Founding member Bay Area Open Minds: therapists affirming gender, sexual & relational diversity. Allied/identified within intersectional AltSex communities (LGBTQ+; BDSM; Poly, Sex Work) – addressing internal struggles in a chaotic yet hopeful world. As a Filipino-American psychologist, I am committed to serving BIPOC. Also available as Clinical Supervisor.
