MASTER OF FAMILY THERAPY INTERN
Davin is a native of Columbus, Ga. After graduating from Auburn University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations ( War Eagle!), she moved to Atlanta, Ga, and began working in corporate America. Davin quickly realized her passion for helping others and her natural strengths align more with being a therapist.

She is a second-year graduate student at Mercer University, where she is working towards obtaining her master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy. Davin is a postmodern therapist who enjoys helping others find their autonomy and building trust with themselves. She enjoys assisting couples to appreciate their strengths and view their weaknesses as growth opportunities.

Davin enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing issues with communication, past trauma, intimacy building, blended families, and many more issues.

Davin treats every client based on their unique needs, experiences, and systemic influence. You can expect a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space when you are in a session with me. I will bring my life experiences and education to help you enhance your toolbox with the tools needed to be the healthiest version of yourself.

Qualifications
As an intern, Davin works under the clinical supervision of Mercer University School of Medicine Master of Family Therapy program and the clinical direction of Dawn Swiney, MPA, LMFT and Crystal Gillery, LMFT.
