Danielle Agoh, LMHCA
As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, I work with adolescents 16yrs + and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and shame. I also work with complex and intergenerational trauma as well as systemic oppression. I have a particular interest in working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ folk, as they are underrepresented and underserved in our society. My practice is primarily drawn from Relational Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness, while operating through a multicultural and anti-oppressive lens.
Through exploring interpersonal relationships, past and present, I hope to help you recognize patterns and coping skills you may have developed as a means of survival, to now create new ones that better serve you today.
I do believe we can learn to reimagine our experiences in order to be less rigid, and experience fuller lives. Fuller lives defined by the client, while I work alongside you to get there. I recognize your desire in wanting to make a change in your life by reading my profile, so let’s continue and set up a consultation call. I look forward to meeting you.
