Do you struggle with intrusive thoughts? Thoughts that are so scary you are worried to share them? Has anxiety taken over your life? I work with individuals, kids, and groups who are currently or have experienced anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief, difficult life transitions, race/identity issues, maternal/perinatal mental struggles and mood disorders. I have a desire to help individuals accept uncertainty and not allow OCD and Anxiety to take over. I am currently a masters level intern therapist at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, I have spent over a year focusing on OCD, anxiety disorders and perinatal mental health.

I enjoy helping people accept and learn how to live with uncertainty. I utilize a variety of interventions such as exposure therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-based therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help address your concerns..

As an intern, I accept private pay. I have an amazing crew at 253 Therapy and Consult behind me throughout this journey and we all want to help you. If I sound like a good fit please do not be afraid to reach out! I look forward to working with you.
