My name is Christian Arnold (he/him), LMHCA, and I work with clients who have mental health struggles impacted by various life experiences–childhood/adult trauma, grief/loss, racial/gender violence, relationship instability, academic pressures, imposter syndrome, etc. Let’s collaborate to discover what you want to get out of this experience, and we can formulate steps together so we can grow and heal ourselves mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

I help kids/teens/adults unpack life experiences that have shaped who they are, and develop realistic treatment plans. Therapy shouldn’t be about ‘adapting’ to an unjust system or ‘masking’ your trauma to function more productively—it’s about understanding how and why systems impact our daily functioning and prevent us from achieving our full potential.

As a working-class Black man in an unjust society, I understand feeling unheard and invalidated. I understand the exhaustion, stress, and pain produced by just trying to survive. I know how isolating it feels, but I assure you, healing doesn’t have to happen alone. When you’re ready, I’m here—not as an ‘expert,’ but as someone who gets it too.
