Childress Nursing Services specializes in skilled, in-home support for clients navigating egg freezing and IVF medication cycles, including fertility injection administration, comfort-focused techniques to reduce injection pain, and clinically appropriate monitoring for symptoms and injection site reactions. Childress supports safer medication routines at home and coordinates with fertility clinic teams with patient consent. Childress Nursing Services does not replace fertility clinic monitoring appointments and instead complements the clinic plan with skilled home nursing support.

Prenatal and postpartum services are delivered through the Childress Nursing Services Family Home Nursing program, a whole-family approach that supports the birthing parent, baby, and household in the home setting. Visits may include nurse health assessments, vital signs checks, same-visit, instant-results point-of-care lab monitoring, symptom monitoring, education on warning signs, recovery support, and care coordination support with the client’s medical providers with consent. Childress focuses on prevention-first care that helps families feel informed, supported, and confident between OB, midwife, and pediatric visits.
