We are a safe place to process and find your center in this ever-changing world. We empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their lives and relationships. Using clinically tested and evidence-based interventions, we strive to help individuals achieve their goals. Our work is grounded in the principles of liberation and cultural humility.
It can be really hard to find a therapist who gets where you’re coming from, who shares that one common experience that can explain how you’re feeling. Sometimes, a lot of people do not want to pursue therapy because they are worried about having to explain their context so much that there is no room for actual healing to happen. While we are all a product of our experiences and environment, there is a universal need for connection and healing.
We have providers who specialize in LGBTQ affirming therapy, immigration and multicultural experience, grief and loss, neurodivergence, executive function, and many other specialties. We see individuals age 15 all the way to seniors, as well as couples for relationship counseling.
