Chelsia Burkes-Brown is a Board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over eleven years of nursing experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric care across the lifespan. She is committed to providing both competent and compassionate care to her clients. She places high value on a client’s full participation in the development of each treatment plan to encourage compliance and believes everyone deserves to have access to high-quality mental health care.

Chelsia began her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2010 and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2017 and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University in 2019 where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. Mrs. Brown is currently licensed in nine states and enjoys working with children/adolescents, along with young to middle-aged adults. She treats a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, impulse-control disorders, insomnia, PTSD, and ASD.
