Hello! I’m Ashley, a Vietnamese-Filipina Art Therapist and Mental Health Therapist. As a BIPOC queer woman, I understand the importance of connecting with someone that truly sees me for who I am – a human. A human that feels, loves, grieves, laughs, cries, and all the other lived experiences that encompasses my humanness. In my work, I encourage my clients to integrate their strengths and humanity into their journey of self-expression and growth. My main experiences is focused in working with BIPOC youth and adults through trauma, major life transitions, depression, anxiety, and accumulated stress from life adversities.
