I became a counselor because I once felt lost, alone, and misunderstood, and I know how isolating that can be. That experience is why I wanted to create a space where people navigating similar feelings can find comfort, understanding, and support as they work through what life has handed them. I specialize in working with veterans/military-connected individuals. Many also find their way to my therapy practice, wanting to strengthen their relationships, reconnect with their sense of self, or create more balance in their life.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space to process, reflect, and grow. Whether you want to build skills, talk through difficult experiences, or understand yourself better, this is a place for all of that. Drawing on CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered therapy, we identify patterns, build insight, and develop tools that fit your life.
I am deeply committed to this work because I have seen how life-changing it can be to feel heard and to be met with compassion. Witnessing someone grow, heal, and rediscover who they truly are is one of the greatest privileges of my career. When you are ready to take that step, I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I hope to connect soon!
