When you feel that life has handed you more than you can handle, it can be overwhelming. Whether you are grappling with anxiety or stress, or depression, you don’t need to suffer alone. Long-term struggles with anxiety have long-term effects. Slowly one comes to realize how it manifests, you may feel it in your quality of sleep, your relationships, in your body and feeling like your on auto-pilot. In reality, this is just your body trying to deal with constant stress, criticism, shame, guilt, and the feeling of ‘not good enough’.
I support those who are experiencing anxiety, dis-ease and relationship discord by looking at the family system; both present and intergenerational. I provide a collaborative and integrative approach by using somatic touch therapy, compassion focused therapy, hypnotherapy and evidence based CBT. I pay close attention to the mind-body- soul language
My approach is warm, engaging and non-judgmental. My goal with you is that you will always feel empowered in our sessions. I endeavor to facilitate meaningful conversations and open heart exchanges.
