I can only imagine what it what it has taken to bring you to the point of seeking therapy. Entering therapy takes courage and I consider it a gift and an honor to help you on the journey to healing. I specialize in trauma recovery from a variety of difficult issues that life could have thrown at you and that I already believe strongly in your resilience and ability to recover, no matter what pain you have experienced. No matter what. I start by establishing a good foundation for trust, so that you are comfortable. I focus on healing at all levels, frequently starting with coping skills for some quick relief.
