Phebe has always enjoyed hearing people’s stories. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (WA state License #LF60607100) with over a decade of clinical experience, serving folx from different backgrounds and ethnicities. Many of the clients she serves have faced a wide range of traumas, have difficulties with adjusting to life outside their home countries, are trying to make sense of their identities, are struggling with work stress, communicating in their relationships/marriage, are having difficulties connecting with the people around them or are having trouble managing their everyday emotions. Although Ghana is her heartbeat, Phebe calls the 253 her home and loves laughing and dancing in supermarket aisles.

She works to support individuals to explore their strengths, and to improve their well-being by exploring their actions and thoughts from a different perspective. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (WA State Associate License #MC61205026). She is a passionate professional who focuses on building rapport with her clients in order to better understand her client’s needs to help them to achieve their goals. She is Brazilian, living currently in Virginia. Her favorite hobbies are going for hikes, traveling, exploring different cultures and backgrounds, and spending time with family and friends.
