This month, BEAM is offering spaces to rest, regulate, grieve, organize, and remember ourselves—because healing is not separate from liberation. It is the work.📣📣📣

From caregivers breaking cycles of overgiving, to Black women tapping into tenderness, to healers gathering in joy, to conversations naming the real costs of AI, water extraction, and burnout—March is about care as resistance.
