DMHS believes in making Mental Health Services as low-cost and effortless as possible for clients AND Therapists. Some examples of initiatives that align with this are our Free BIPoC Provider Directory , and Low Cost/Free CEU page.
In our quest to make the Mental Health System more equitable and accessible, we designed the Free Therapy Program to match potential clients with Benevolent Providers. We operate with or without funding!
Therapy sessions can cost anywhere from $80-$200+, on average $150. By offering 12 sessions of FREE Therapy & Wellness services, we are saving clients an average of $1,800.
